Handicraft Fair

 

• The organizer has the right to choose traders! Each application will be reviewed separately and answered by e-mail. Registration deadline is May, 31.
 

• Traders placement is determined by the organizer.
 

• The trader may not to relocate to different location!
 

• There is no parking on fairgrounds!  You only can drive car to your venue before the start of the fair for unloading and uploading after the end of the performances on fair stages. From 10 am to 7 pm car driving on fair street is PROHIBITED! Parking in town is for free.
 

• Showing of venues and set-ups will take place on Saturday from 6am on.

 

• Electricity is very limited on the promenade, so consider your electricity needs carefully. If you´re asking for electricity just to charge phone or light up bulbs, better give it up.
 

• Each trader is responsible for the maintenance of place and is required to clean it before leaving.
 

• Anyone who sells and/or prepares food at public event, including alcohol, must notify the PTA in advance. More information on their website.

 

• Fair places cannot be booked for one day! 
 

• After confirmation the invoice will be sent to the trader. If the invoice is unpaid by the date marked on the invoice, the organizer cancels the registration.
 

• The trader who has paid the entry fee will be returned only 1/2 of the amount in case of cancellation.
 

• Transfer venue to another is not allowed!
 

• The trader commits to sell only registered products.
